TRAINING FOR YOUR PET

A well trained, well mannered pet makes life much easier for you and enhances your enjoyment of your pet every moment of every day.

It takes many years to educate a child but for a dog the first year of life is fundamental to its future behavior and training.

It would take 3 days to teach an adult to “sit”. A puppy learns to “sit” in 10 minutes.

The first steps in the training of your pet is to teach it to walk correctly on a leash, to “sit”, to “stay” and to “come” when commanded.

During your pet’s stay at La Ventosilla you may find it useful to enroll him in one of the training courses available

If you would like to enroll your pet in one of our courses we will evaluate your pet on the day he arrives and together with you we will prepare a customized program of training for him.

Once your pet leaves La Ventosilla we will give you advice and a program of training to be continued at home so that you continue towards your goal of owning a well mannered, well behaved, well trained pet for your enjoyment.
